DBS Staff:
1 consumer was in attendance.
Consumer Comments:
- 1 former client showed up for the forum. The weather was not very good. Client complaint is related to being a previous DBS client. Her case was closed long ago and has to be reopened. This requires a complete application package being with eye report, etc. Client was requesting assistance from Orlando DBS for computer software training for her job and training on updated software at work.
Response:
- DBS staff members stated that if a client is gone for more than one year, requires complete application submission. If a client is working and needs immediate assistance, DBS should be able to help process the paper work quicker and get the assistance needed for the client.
- Orlando office agreed to follow-up with client immediately to assist with computer training.
